What is a Phonological Process?

A Phonological Process is a pattern of speech errors that typically developing children use to simplify speech.

What is a Phonological Disorder?

These errors become considered a disorder when they persist beyond the age when most typically developing children have stopped using these speech patterns to simplify speech.

Final Consonant Deletion
